Manbir has an MBA, and industry experience of around 17 years across various domains and roles such as Product Development, Operations, People Management and Consulting.
After working in the corporate sector for over 15 years, Manbir started her entrepreneurial journey around 3 years ago. She is the founder and CEO at Rootz Edification where she works with corporations on employee development and engagement programs. Their offerings include a mix of Coaching, Leadership, Team Building, Life Enrichment, Hobbies and Wellness@work place.
