Mr. Ramakrishnan Murali Shankar has graduated as a Certified Life Coach from Symbiosis Coaching.
Mr. Shankar is a Management Consultant. He worked in the corporate world for over 14 years before he set up his own consulting business. He has been on his own for about 11 years and has been extremely successful. He has trained / mentored thousands of people in some of the best corporations across the world. He has a very impressive list of clients and is a preferred facilitator for most corporate houses.
“I don many hats”, says Mr. Shankar. “A trainer, a mentor, CEO Coach, subject matter expert, professional singer, actor, family man and a travel enthusiast! I believe in the power of reality and I want people to succeed with the power of reality and nothing else.”
A leading bank in India has made a short film on a life threatening incident which happened to Mr. Shankar. The film is shown as part of a training workshop that focuses on “Passion at Work”. He met with a serious accident many years back and was virtually written off. He was confined to bed more than a year with multiple fractures in his hand, leg, a burn injury on his stomach and a head injury. He braved the odds with sheer conviction and a burning desire to live life.

What attracted Mr. Shankar to the field of Life Coaching. Here it is, in his own words – “I firmly believe that each and every individual born in this world has immense talent and they need to be made aware of the same. Everybody has a right to be successful and I would love to coach them into being successful. Moreover I have met and trained thousands of people and I find that they just do not want to exercise options in coming out of problems. They are too mired in external beliefs and self made perceptions, not realizing that they are the only ones who could make a difference to their lives.”
And why Symbiosis Coaching? Here he is again – “I did quite a bit of research before signing up for the CLC program. I found that the Symbiosis methodology was simple yet superb, the support mechanism was amazing, the flexibility of learning and putting the learning into practice, the quality of material being world class and above all at a very competitive price.”
And what are his plans for the future? Here is what Mr. Shankar says – “I have been coaching for quite a while now. However post the Symbiosis intervention, my coaching skills have been sharpened and I have started looking at things from other people?s point of view. I must admit that one persons experience need not be sacrosanct. It could be a guide line. People have to experience it themselves to gain a profound experience. Also the power of listening and intuition are great value adds to my profession.
I have recently signed up with a leading IT company to coach two of their senior executives for a period of a year. We have just started and the client is already beginning to see results. Thanks so much Symbiosis!”
Thank you Mr. Shankar, and thanks for sharing your wonderful life experience with us. We are honored to have you as our graduate.
