John has over 14 years of multi-industry work experience. He worked for multinationals like GE Capital, HCL BPO, Convergys India Services and WNS Global Services, Bharti Airtel before joining Vertex Group Plc where he works as the Vice President-Operations. “I have had the opportunity to serve varied portfolios in diverse industry (Telecom, Finance, Retail and Utilities) segments and have achieved competence in contact centers & Back Office including Training, Transition, Quality, Operations”, says John.
So – why Life Coaching?
“In my work space, the most important resources are the people”, says John. “And dealing with different types of people with different ideologies and values can be very tricky and often difficult. However I realized that I was able to do that informally most of the times. Colleagues, peers, sub-ordinates would invariably come to me for solutions/guidance to the issues they faced. That is when I thought about getting formally trained so as to be able to help people in a much better and structured manner. That is the reason I chose to become a Life Coach.”

“The moment I decided to get formally trained as a Life Coach, I did an extensive research on the institutes which offer such training. Then I came across Symbiosis.
