Dr. Tapomoy Deb holds a Ph.D in Human Resource Management, an M.Phil (Management), MBA (HR), MSW (PM&LW), PGDHRD, DLL & B.Sc (Hons) Physics. He has to his credit many publications which include 13 MBA Textbooks, 13 Derivative Books, 3 SIM (Self Instruction Material) and more than 50 research papers/articles.
He has around two decades of experience in human resource development and management functions in reputed Corporate houses in India. Currently I he is working as General Manager (HR) at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. at New Delhi (India). He has following certifications:

His passions include reading, writing, and helping people – particularly Coaching. He intends to pursue Executive Coaching as his profession.
