Today, we will look at some common questions about the cost of ICF certifications and their applications for professional development.

Executive Coaching Certification Costs

One of our most popular qualification routes is a dual certification, with live digital classes and the ability to split payments between monthly installments or use our SuperSaver option with a $262 discount.

The Certified Life Coach and Certified Executive Coach course runs for twenty-four weeks, with two hours of professional tuition a week, at a total cost of only $1,597, or six monthly installments of $310.

What does an executive coach do? Executive coaches focus on senior management and leadership, including CEOs and organizational owners, providing structured, professional coaching from change management to strategic workforce analysis and personal development.

Dual classes can be taken in parallel for efficiency and time management and provide two certified designations to demonstrate your achievements.

Cost of an Organizational Development Coach Qualification

Our ICF-approved Certified Organizational Development Coach course lasts twenty-five weeks and is competitively priced at $1,099 or broken down into five equal installments of $270. Organizational coaching is in high demand as a skill that can support countless businesses in navigating challenges, improving productivity, or addressing underlying issues such as employee disengagement.

How does coaching improve organizational collaboration? Many professionals in HR or team management undertake organizational coaching qualifications to upskill. They gain the necessary knowledge to resolve communication breakdowns or implement new collaborative strategies to focus on the respective strengths and weaknesses of each component within their teams.

This recognized course helps coaches and HR professionals tackle group dynamics, proactively streamline processes, and improve efficiencies.

What Does an ICF Certification Mean?

Organizational and executive coaching are relatively new concepts in the business space, and many advisors or consultants profess to be coaches without any credentials to support that title. An ICF qualification demonstrates that you have met rigorous experience and study requirements and have:

  • A thorough understanding of core coaching competencies
  • Met stringent ethical guidelines required to provide coaching services
  • Studied a professional course to embed best practices within the profession

ICF qualification designations indicate that a workplace coach or consultant has committed to upholding strong principles and can operate as a credible, educated, and knowledgeable organizational coach.

ICF Minimum Study Requirements

There are three possible ICF credentials:

  • Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certifications require every professional to undertake sixty hours of education and one hundred hours of real-world practical experience.
  • Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) must complete 125 hours of relevant education and 500 hours of appropriate client coaching.
  • Master Certified Coaches, designated MCC, must hold Professional Certified Coach status and demonstrate 200 hours of coaching-specific study and 2,500 hours of experience.

The combination of workplace professional development and study makes ICF the most respected certification in business coaching, which 85% of coaching clients consider an essential requirement.
