Whether you wish to establish your own successful Executive Coaching practice or work as an internal coach within an organization, the online Certified Executive Coaching program is for you.
An executive coaching certificate extends a life coach’s skills in assisting, guiding, and training senior executives to meet certain personal and organizational goals that allow them to successfully manage their leadership roles. Having an executive coach certification means that you’re effectively equipped to coach executives through relevant core competencies such as strategic thinking, conflict resolution, team building, performance management, communication, etc. Coaching certification will help to develop the skills and expertise to help your clients.
To become a professional executive coach, you must first enroll in the right certified coach training program. Symbiosis Coaching offers a 15-week Certified Executive Coach program as a standalone program. You can also combine this program with the core Certified Life Coach program and/or the Certified Organizational Development Coach program for a more comprehensive dual-certification or triple-certification.
An added benefit of combining these programs is that you earn enough training hours to be eligible to earn an ACC or PCC credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s most recognized and respected coaching program certification and accreditation body.
In general, executive coaches earn more than life, health, wellness, or spiritual coaches. On average, they earn $500 per coaching session, with the lowest-paid professionals still commanding a modest $200 per hour. This comes out to around $100,000 to $150,000 a year. Engagements of executive coaches are often long-term, from three to twelve months; some coaches are even on retainer at the business. Online executive coaches can also coach clients in the United States along with other countries that speak English, which increases the number of clients they can help.

Students get access to this program 4 weeks after their primary program (CLC, CEC, CODC, or NLP) begins. Students must complete course within 3 months. Typically takes about a week to finish.

Group Mentoring sessions (total of 6) begin Friday, October 9th and Friday December 4th, 2026. Sessions are held once a week for 1 hour, over a period of 6 weeks. An additional four one-on-one sessions with the mentor are scheduled at a time of your convenience.
