Khyati is a resident of Mumbai. She has done her Masters in Anatomy and Biology. She also holds a Masters diploma in Software Engineering and a minor diploma in Export-Import Managements. Mr. Unnikrishnan Balakrishnan comes from southern India. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor and has held responsible positions in the corporate sector for many years.

"I have been a spiritual seeker and have been working towards finding answers to life's many unanswered questions", says Unnikrishnan. "My interest in spirituality started taking shape after being introduced to Pranic Healing methodologies and practices. This interest led me to take up higher courses including those of a spiritual nature, and I finally ended up becoming a teacher in Pranic Healing. I enjoyed offering spiritual sessions to some truly inquisitive close associates of mine and from 2004 on, spiritual coaching became my hobby, apart from counseling sessions offered to those who wanted to try it out with me."

Arti Kochhar lives in Gurgaon and graduated as a Certified Life Coach in November 2010.

Arti is a graduate in Psychology and for the past four years has been working as an OD and Behavioral Consultant/facilitator. She is a trained NLP practitioner, Counselor, Coach and Cognitive Behavior Therapist. She is also a Foot Reflexologist.

Arti found that she was good at doing one on one work with people, and it became a passion of hers to help others discover themselves. That's the reason she decided to become a Life Coach.

Ms. Neelam Tiwari lives in Pune. She graduated as a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Master Spirit Life Coach from Symbiosis Coaching, in March 2011.

Neelam has an M.Sc in Physics and is now also a Certified Life Coach who specializes in corporate coaching, educational institution coaching and motivational speaking.

She has a total six years of work experience in the corporate sector, out of which she has been a team lead for three years. She is very well-versed with working in a corporate environment and knows that coaching and motivation are the need of the hour in the corporate sector. As a team lead, she has always believes in "Lead by example". Neelam has been the nominee for "Surpass Award" and "Recognition of Excellence" award in the corporate organizations that she has worked for.

In addition, Neelam also has a background in teaching for six years. She understand that coaching and motivation are critical in educational institutions for both students and teachers. Mr. Ramakrishnan Murali Shankar resides in Chennai. He graduated as a Certified Life Coach from Symbiosis Coaching in February 2011.

Mr. Shankar is a Management Consultant based out of Chennai, South India. He worked in the corporate world for over 14 years before he set up his own consulting business. He has been on his own for about 11 years and has been extremely successful. He has trained / mentored thousands of people in some of the best corporations across the world. He has a very impressive list of clients and is a preferred facilitator for most corporate houses.

"I don many hats", says Mr. Shankar. "A trainer, a mentor, CEO Coach, subject matter expert, professional singer, actor, family man and a travel enthusiast! I believe in the power of reality and I want people to succeed with the power of reality and nothing else."

A leading bank in India has made a short film on a life threatening incident which happened to Mr. Shankar. The film is shown as part of a training workshop that focuses on "Passion at Work". He met with a serious accident many years back and was virtually written off. He was confined to bed more than a year with multiple fractures in his hand, leg, a burn injury on his stomach and a head injury. He braved the odds with sheer conviction and a burning desire to live life.

Ms. Mirchandani is a woman of many qualifications and many skills! She has a BSc, an LLB and a Masters in Computer Applications. She works as the Head of Department of Computer Science at the Hiranandani Foundation School, and has won the Best Teacher award there!

So why did Ms. Mirchandani choose to be a Life Coach?

Amit is also a professional musician (Singer and Tabla player) and a sensitive poet/writer. He was a finalist in Sa Re Ga Ma Zee TV in 2001 and is currently working on a Marathi Album in which many celebrity singers like Shaan are singing his compositions. Amit has worked on professional spiritual projects of various Mantras/Bhajans has been acknowledged for the same.

Vikram started his career as a farmer and ran a poultry breeding farm. While pursuing his Masters, after his stint with farming, he met Dr Subhashini Passi with whom he worked for three years all over the country on Creativity and Whole Brain Thinking working with Ranbaxy, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Motors, Hindustan Motors, Gabriel India, Gujarat Steel Tubes. During this time he wrote articles on Creativity, Body Language and Meditation. He has also provided consulting and learning services to Nokia, Nokia Siemens, Safenet, and Oberthur besides working as guest faculty in colleges.

Vikram joined a social service outfit with which he worked with an Elderly Peoples home for a year in Cambridge, UK. He also did a short stint with Mayo College at Ajmer teaching computers and in his spare time, swimming. Vikram then went to work with The Body Shop at Dubai. Coming back to India, Vikram worked with Freight Systems, Samsung and Nokia. He focused on Learning and Development and ran a profit centre at Nokia besides having worked in Operational HR. Since May 2007 he has been an entrepreneur.

Over the 17 years he has worked in all areas of behaviour: Team Building, Leadership, Communication, Creativity, Behavioural Interview, Presentation Skills and Coaching. His work has taken him to Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, England, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and all over India. Vikram has the unique experience of working both indoors and outdoors and works with experiential methodology as the underlying tenet.

She helps professionals take a holistic approach of their personal, professional, social, and emotional aspects of their lives.

Anushka has a degree in Law, a Post Graduate in HR, B.A. Additional in Psychology. And now she is a Certified Leadership Coach as well.

Anushka feels that her people skills have taken her on a path that leads to enable her to make a difference in people's lives. She strives to help people to rediscover themselves.

She has worked extensively on capacity building, reviews, evaluations, assessments, programme planning and various programme management aspects. Morli has vast experience in the fiels of mentoring, training, module development, documentation and capacity needs assessment.

"My experience confirms my belief that the right attitude and right approach always bring positive results as well as client acceptance", says Morli. "This has proven to be a successful guiding principle for me over the years in working with a wide range of groups and communities including school children, adolescents, youth, NCC cadets, army men and their wives, unskilled and skilled workers, NGOs, Government officials, bureaucrats, school teachers, school principals and headmasters, doctors, as well as vulnerable and marginalised populations such as sex workers and homosexuals.

Why did she choose Life Coaching as a career?

"I believe and have always experienced that whenever something comes from within ? and naturally - that's the right time to pursue it", says Morli. "And this was the right time for me to pursue Life Coaching." "On the professional front, I realized that for any service where communication is key, there comes a phase - a time, a very specific space, recognition of a gap, and a precise point - that needs a "big action" approach. When such a phase is reached, Life Coaching skills are invaluable."

"And I quickly realized", Morli adds, "that as soon as I became a Life Coach, I started getting inquiries from people who were seeking solutions for their issues and concerns. And I came to realize that this profession is widely recognized world over."

And why did she choose Symbiosis Coaching?

"Currently, Symbiosis is the only Life Coaching program available in India. I found the course content was very conducive to my needs. "I have already started approaching health professionals, academic institutions, recreational institutions and clubs. The intention behind this whole initiative is to reach out to, and make this service more available to youth. Once I complete the Master Spirit Course, I also plan to add religious and faith based organizations to my network."

Ms. Rasika Batra, CLC

Rasika has close to 20 years of professional experience in the areas of social development, media, qualitative research and ethnography. A bulk of her experience has been in qualitative research.

Rasika graduated with History, economics and politics and dis a PGD in Social Communications and Media. She has also trained in NLP.

Currently Rasika does one qualitative research project a month, writes for a trend analysis company and has a coaching practice where she focuses on stereotypes and conflict management. Her practice is called "Mind the Gap".

Rasika enjoys art, theatre, music, dance and craft. She loves to read and likes to engage with friends and family. She enjoys travelling very much and balances out her vacations between educational vacations, historical vacations and sacking on the beach kind of vacations.

Why did she choose Life Coaching as a career?

"Because this is what I have wanted to do all along", says Rasika. "As someone close to me says- it fits me like a glove!"

And why did she choose Symbiosis Coaching?

"I was looking for an effective and comprehensive course that was also reasonable in terms of price. Synchronicity led me to speak to a friend who had done the same course. I liked what he said about the course and the price was attractive."

"Overall I enjoyed the course a lot. I thought it was comprehensive. I noticed that I was initially resistant to the several sessions on marketing, only to realize later that those were perhaps what I needed the most!. I loved Dr. Brons? teaching style and experiences.

I particularly found the sessions on belief systems, structure and process, asking questions, and listening skills the most useful. I especially enjoyed the ?Staying in Business? lecture as a concluding talk to the course.

Rasika has already started hr coaching practice - Mind the Gap - with a few clients whom she contacted through her social network. This includes finishing a series with one of them, who called her a month later saying that she noticed a huge change in her life!

"I have contacted various companies to work as an Executive Coach. I have already created a brochure and do regular telephone calls with a friend of mine who is also a Life Coach. I have also designed a workshop on stereotypes and conflict."

Rasika is also in the process of contacting various business schools so that she can help them and coach their graduates prior to placements.
