The MentorCoach Gold program is a five week program. It consists of five personalized 30 minute one-on-one sessions with your mentor coach. This program is ideal for beginner coaches - Symbiosis students who are currently enrolled in the program - as well as for other Certified Life Coaches who wish to gain confidence, work with an experienced Life Coach to gain crucial, first hand perspective on live coaching, and dramatically improve their coaching skills. The Gold program includes includes:

1. Finding your niche/expanding on your niche: Work with your mentor to find a niche that works for you. Or if you already have chosen a niche, find new opportunities and new resources in your field of specialty.

2. Evaluating different Coaching techniques: What works for one client may not quite work with another. Evaluate various techniques with your mentor and be the best coach for every single client.

3. Managing tricky/challenging clients: How do you handle clients that are a bit more challenging than others? How do you handle situations that are trickier than you might have encountered. The coaching session is NOT the right place to figure it out!

4. Setting your fee Pricing Structure: Setting a pricing structure that is flexible and fees that are in line with the market is one of the most challenging issues that coaches struggle with.

5. Gaining Confidence as a Coach: Am I doing the right thing with my client? What if I mess up? Overcome hesitation and walk into that coaching session with complete confidence and wow your clients.

6. Working on your own personal goals: Walk the talk. Remember that your clients need to aspire to be a little like you and have what you have.

Develop and build your coaching business: Work with someone who has first-hand experience setting up a successful coaching business. Concentrate on what works instead of wasting time on things that do not.
